My order hasn't arrived. What can I do?
Run through this 6-point checklist before contacting us:
1. Your account/post is public (not private) 2. The username you entered is spelled correctly 3. The username has not changed since you placed the order 4. The account or post still exists 5. No restrictions are active on the account/post 6. At least 12 hours have passed since the order
Why is my order marked "Completed" even though something is still missing?
We mark the order as completed as soon as it has been successfully entered into our delivery system. The actual processing may take additional time depending on the volume — typically minutes for small orders, up to 24 hours for large ones. Use our order tracking page to see live status.
I have already paid. When does the service start?
Processing begins within 1-2 minutes for most orders. In rare cases (high volume, special services) it may take up to 48-72 hours. You can monitor progress on the order tracking page.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
If delivery has not started yet, contact live chat immediately for a full cancellation. Once delivery begins, partial cancellations may apply — see our refund policy.

What can I do if followers, likes, or views disappear?
If you notice a decline within the warranty window, submit a refill request with your AOI. Compensation available up to 30 days post-purchase for most services, and up to 364 days for selected followers tiers (German services up to 180 days).
How does the auto-refill work?
Eligible orders ship with automatic refill protection. If numbers drop within the warranty window, our system tops them up — no tickets needed. Just paste your AOI on the refill page.

Yes. Add your company name and VAT-ID under My Account → Profile → Billing details before placing your order. The invoice will reflect those details automatically.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card payments are processed by certified third parties. We see only the last 4 digits and expiry date — never the full card number or CVV.
