Terms of Service.
The contract behind every order.

Your contract partner is JEM-Marketingmanagement, located at Meydan, Azizi Riviera 25, CP02-016, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Customer support and legal contact: support@socialfy24.com.

All contracts concluded via the Socialfy24.com online store are between you (the customer) and JEM-Marketingmanagement under these General Terms and Conditions.

Socialfy24 offers social media engagement services — including but not limited to views, subscribers, followers, fans, likes, comments, and shares — for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others.

The exact scope of each service (quantity, delivery speed, refill window, supported platforms) is set out in the individual product description at the time of purchase.

Contracts are formed exclusively through electronic transactions via the online store. The flow is:

1. Browse and select a service.
2. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Provide billing details and the target URL/username.
4. Choose a payment method and confirm the purchase.

The contract is concluded the moment we send the order confirmation email. Until that point, no contract exists between us.

You may order as a guest or with a registered account. Registered accounts unlock order history, refill tracking, and saved preferences.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts must not be shared, traded, or used for fraud.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your country) to register or place an order.

Each order constitutes an independent contract for a single delivery cycle. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges unless explicitly opted into.

Upon completion of the delivery, the contract ends automatically. Refill warranty obligations remain in force for the warranty period stated on the product.

Prices: all prices displayed are final prices and include any applicable statutory sales tax.

Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, Giropay, and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC).

Payment timing: all payments are due upfront before delivery starts. The customer is obliged to pay the stated amount within 7 days of receipt of the invoice if a manual payment method is used. Most methods process instantly.

Standard delivery completes within 2 days of order confirmation unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Most orders begin within 60 seconds and pace gradually over hours.

Delivery is digital — no physical shipment is involved. Service progress is visible via the order tracking page and (for registered users) in My Account.

If delivery is delayed beyond 5 business days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the right to promote the target account, post, or URL.
• The content does not infringe copyright, defame anyone, or violate platform community guidelines beyond engagement quantity.
• You're not using our services for fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
• The target account is public and accessible at the time of order — private accounts and removed posts cannot be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these conditions, with or without notice.

Consumers within the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details, exceptions for digital services, and the withdrawal procedure are set out in our refund policy.

By starting the order delivery, you expressly consent to the digital service being performed. The right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service.

Our liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence is unlimited. For damages caused by simple negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages and to the order value.

We are not liable for: third-party platform actions (account suspensions, content removal, algorithm changes); fluctuations in engagement counts after the warranty window; loss of data or content not caused by us; consequential or indirect damages.

Mandatory liability under product liability law remains unaffected.

All content on Socialfy24.com — text, graphics, logos, dashboard UI, code — is the property of JEM-Marketingmanagement or its licensors and is protected by international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of the site without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial browsing is fine.

Third-party trademarks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used only descriptively.

We may terminate or suspend an account immediately for material breach of these terms (fraud, abuse, repeated chargebacks). You may close your account anytime via My Account → Profile.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect 30 days after publication. For ongoing contracts, the version in force at order placement governs that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumer customers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction is Dubai, UAE — except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (per § 36 VSBG).
