Check your spam folder first — automated mail sometimes gets filtered. If it's not there, contact support with your full name + payment date and we'll resend the order details.

Tracking shows "Processing" — should I worry?

No. Processing is the queueing stage and usually clears within 5 minutes. If your status hasn't changed after 30 minutes, ping live chat — average reply 12 minutes.

Can I track without my Order ID?

No — the Order ID is required for security. If lost, support can look it up using your billing email + payment timestamp. Reply to your invoice email or use chat.

My order shows "Completed" but numbers look short.

Some platforms display delayed counts (Instagram refreshes follower count every 3–6 hours). Wait one cycle, then check again. If still short, submit a refill request with your AOI.

Why does it say "On Hold"?

Three common reasons: account went private, link/username changed, or platform flagged the URL. Make the account public, verify the link, and contact support to restart.

Can I change my Order ID lookup email?

You can't change it on this page, but support can update the billing email on the order itself. Send proof of payment + your old email and we'll switch it.

How is "tracking" different from delivery start?

Tracking shows order state in our system. Delivery start is the moment our operator begins pushing units to your account. "In Progress" status confirms delivery has started.
