To fulfill orders and operate Socialfy24.com, we collect the following categories of data:

• Account information: name, email address, optional phone number — collected at registration or guest checkout.
• Billing details: billing address, country, postal code — required for tax compliance and invoicing.
• Service input: the public URL or username you provide at checkout (e.g. an Instagram post link). We never request your password.
• Payment metadata: card type, expiration, last 4 digits — supplied by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers, CVCs, or banking credentials.
• Site analytics: pages visited, referrer, device/browser type, IP address (anonymized), session duration — used for performance and fraud prevention.
• Communications: support tickets, chat transcripts, email correspondence with our team.

Personal information is used exclusively to:

• Provide, deliver, and operate the engagement services you order.

Providers receive only the data necessary to deliver their service. Their use is contractually restricted — they cannot use your data for their own marketing.

• Order data: retained for 7 years after the order date — required by tax and accounting law.

• Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default), then aggregated and stripped of identifiers.
• Refused refills / abuse logs: 90 days for hard rejections, 30 days for soft rejections.

• Database access restricted to authorized server processes via firewall rules.
• Payment card data tokenized — we never see or store the raw card number.
• Service Worker delivers content over secure caches with strict CORS policies.

• Access logs reviewed for unusual patterns; suspicious sessions flagged automatically.
