Refills are only possible if your current follower / engagement count meets the conditions below:

- You had 5,000 followers before the order
- You ordered 1,500 followers
- Total after order: 6,500 followers
❌ If you currently have more than 6,500 followers, a refill is not possible
❌ If you currently have less than 5,000 followers, a refill is not possible
Why is my refill request rejected?
A refill can be rejected if the service does not support refills, the warranty period has expired,
or your current count does not match the eligibility rules above.
I don’t have my Refill ID anymore — what can I do?
Submit your AOI again. If a refill was already requested recently, the form can show your last Refill ID.
Otherwise, contact support with your AOI and order details.

Processing times vary depending on the service. Use your Refill ID in the status checker to see the current status.
