1. AI-powered Instagram engagement insights — now built into your dashboard
The headline feature is the new Engagement Stats panel inside My Account. Connect any Instagram username, and within seconds we pull real-time follower count, engagement rate, post performance, and a 6-day follower trendline straight from Instagram — combined with the historical order data we already have on file.

It’s not a static report. The dashboard re-computes whenever you visit (max once per 6 hours per account), so you always see current numbers, not week-old cached estimates. We layer three data sources together:
- Live Instagram data — followers, posts, engagement, reels-vs-photos split, last 12 best-performing posts.
- Order history — when you bought engagement from us, on which posts, and how long it took to deliver.
- AI scoring — your engagement rate compared against the niche average, with a confidence-weighted “growth potential” tier.
The result is a single screen that tells you whether your engagement rate is healthy for your niche, which of your posts is performing best, and where to spend your next budget. No spreadsheets, no third-party trackers, no exports.
An engagement rate above 3% is considered strong on Instagram. Most accounts hover around 1.2–1.6%. Socialfy24’s customer average is now 4.8% — which is what AI-paced delivery does to a real audience.
2. Real-time order tracking — see exactly where your delivery is
The new order tracking page is a complete rewrite. Type your order ID, get instant pacing data — completion percentage per service, target-by-target breakdown, and the next milestone with an estimated time.

This is especially useful for multi-link orders — say you bought 500 saves split across nine Instagram posts. The old order page just showed “processing.” The new one shows each of the nine targets individually, with status dots and remaining-units counters that update live.
Logged-in customers see the same data in My Account → Orders, with one-click reordering on every line item.

4. Redesigned shop with smart filters for real services
The shop page is fully redesigned. The filter bar now ranks by real-account percentage, country of origin, service tier, platform, and engagement type. The “100% REAL” badge appears only on services where every account is verified human, active, and posting.

Other improvements:
- Country flags — Italian followers, USA likes, Brazilian comments. We surface the geographic origin so you can match your audience.
- Service tiers — operator-class for serious creators, standard for testing, budget for high-volume.
- Multi-currency display — switch between USD, EUR, and AED in the header. Prices update instantly across the entire shop, cart, checkout, and wallet.
- Animated NEW badges — services launched in the last 14 days are highlighted with a subtle Pink-Orange-Gold gradient.
- Featured top sellers — the four highest-rated services of the month appear pinned at the top.
Faster, lighter, smoother
The new shop loads roughly 4× faster than the old one and scrolls smoothly even on older phones. Filters apply instantly without a full page reload, and prices update the moment you switch currency.
5. Smaller improvements you’ll notice
Plenty of smaller things shipped alongside the headline features:
- Smarter wallet — your balance, lifetime spent, and refunds now convert correctly when you switch between USD, EUR, and AED. No more mysterious numbers when you change currency.
- Beautifully redesigned emails — order confirmations and status updates now match the look and feel of the rest of the site, with cleaner layouts and clearer order details.
- More reliable language switching — switching between English, German, and Italian is faster and stays consistent across every page.
- Faster pages everywhere — across product, cart, and account pages, we’ve cut load times significantly so things just feel snappier.
