CONTRACT PARTNER

On the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), a contract is concluded between the customer and Socialfy24.com, represented by

hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", the contract is concluded.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT

This contract regulates the sale and brokerage of services such as views, subscribers, fans, likes and similar services for social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube in the provider's online store. Due to the details of the respective offer, reference is made to the product description of the offer page.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic business transactions via the store system. In this context, the offers presented represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer order, which the provider can then accept.

The ordering process for the conclusion of the contract includes the following steps in the store system:

• Selection of the offer in the desired specification (quantity, number)
• Placing the offer in the shopping cart
• Pressing the 'Proceed to checkout' button
• Entering the billing address
• Selection of the payment method
• Checking and processing of the order and all entries
• Pressing the 'Buy now' button
• Confirmation e-mail that the order has been received

With the sending of an order confirmation the contract is concluded. The automatically generated and sent order confirmation does not constitute a corresponding legally binding declaration. The contract is also concluded by the provision of the service.

CONTRACT DURATION

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The contract has a minimum contract period. This minimum contract period is 1 delivery. Upon expiry of the minimum contract period, the contractual relationship ends automatically

PRICES

All prices are final prices and include the statutory sales tax.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The customer has only the following options for payment: direct debit, payment service provider (PayPal), credit card, crypto payment Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.

The invoice amount will be collected by the provider by direct debit on the basis of the direct debit authorization by the customer from his specified account. If a trustee service/ payment service provider is used, the trustee service/payment service provider enables the provider and the customer to process the payment among each other. In doing so, the escrow service/payment service provider forwards the customer's payment to the provider. Further information is available on the website of the respective escrow service/payment service provider. When paying by credit card, the customer must be the cardholder. The credit card will be charged after the goods have been shipped. The customer is obliged to pay or transfer the stated amount to the account indicated on the invoice within 7 days after receipt of the invoice. The payment is due from the date of invoice without deduction. The customer is only in default after a reminder

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The goods are shipped immediately after receipt of the order. The shipment takes place on average after 1 day at the latest. The entrepreneur undertakes to deliver on the 2 day after receipt of the order. The standard delivery time is 2 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
